      Rainvia Psychiatry is a psychiatric practice that provides mental health services for adult individuals. We offer evidence-based evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, including medication management and integrative approaches, delivered through secure telehealth services.

      We offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychiatric evaluations, .

      You can schedule an appointment by calling or texting our office, sending us an email. Your first intake appointment can be scheduled after you complete your onboarding paperwork.

      Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm, and Fridays by appointment only. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

      We take a holistic, team-based approach to mental health care for adults. Your insight into your own thoughts and experiences is essential, and our role is to help interpret those experiences while addressing the biological and neurological factors involved. We start by getting to know your personal story—your background, stressors, strengths, and goals—and pair that understanding with evidence-based care, including medication management and integrative treatment options, to design an individualized path forward.

      Finding the right treatment can be a process. If an initial approach isn’t effective, we thoughtfully adjust the plan, explore alternative strategies, or coordinate referrals beyond our practice when needed—always with the goal of providing care that best supports your unique needs.

      At Rainvia, your privacy is our utmost priority. We follow all applicable federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA, to safeguard your personal and health information. Your records are stored securely using encrypted, HIPAA-compliant systems, and access is limited to authorized members of your care team only.

      We do not share your information without your written consent except when required by law or when necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others. Our policies and procedures are designed to ensure your information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality, respect, and care.

      If you are able to cancel and reschedule with 48 hours advanced notice, there is no cancellation fee. 

      If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, there is a 50% cancellation fee. 

      If you do not show up for an appointment without notice, you will be expected to pay the full amount.

      Initial Psych Evaluation: Up to 90 minutes - $400

      Follow-Up Appointment: $250


      We are currently in the process of paneling with Regence, Premera, Aetna, Group Health. For now, we can provide a superbill for each appointment which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
